Really solid run right here. Coming off a busy week plus some MTB this AM, this run with Jim was great start to finish. We took it easy down East Madison Road before settling into a nice pace for the 3.5 miles on 153. Then comes the crown jewel of climbs in Eaton/Madison - Glines Hill. It's the closest thing we have to the Auto Road in these parts. 600' of uphill dirt road. It has gotten easier the more I've run it but thrown in the middle of the run, it's changes your momentum very quickly. Jim basically set the pace for the run. While I was red-lining up the hill he was breathing easy and still gapping me. Once up on Glines the rest of the run only has a few hills left and we picked up the pace to average out a sub 7 pace for the run. It was a good workout and I'm still feeling it in my legs.
