Still Feeling Things Out

I'm still working my way through recovery. This morning it was achey knees but those calmed down by the afternoon. I thought a five mile run on mostly pavement would be 'fast' and easy. Things started off ok but I had to work through a little sugar low two miles in. I was fine after four miles but that last miles my hip flexors and quads reminded me that my 'active' recovery was a little too aggressive. Time to relax for a long weekend and hang with the new family member.
