Logged another productive and well-rounded week. As the snow continues to disappear (we had more rain midweek), I'm beginning to focus back on the core of my training: RUN. This week I was able to get in some miles on the front end including a 3x1 mile workout. There's no doubt that speed has been lacking in my training so I'm making an effort to go back to the basics and get speed / tempo / long run efforts in each week. It's a challenge trying to prioritize the run when prepping for upcoming ski races but there's no denying the benefit of being run-fit.
