Monday: Day off. Hiked out of Crag Camp and spent the rest of the day wrapping up a shoot with Pamola Creative for EMS. Camped out at the Crawford Notch Campground.
Tuesday: 9 miles. Commute to Yoga.
Wednesday: 4 miles + Bike. Cut short, had a GBA board meeting.
Thursday: 10 miles. Got in a good early AM run before riding bikes and taking photos in Randolph / Littleton. Followed up with strength training.
Friday: 8 miles. Downs road.
Saturday: 4 miles. Cut short, raced Crank the Kanc in the AM and ran out of time for anything much longer. Plus I was gassed from the race effort.
Sunday: 8 miles. ICELAND! More on Iceland trip next week.
Total: 44 Miles // 6,414' + 4,879k' (biking).
Sort of a down week but good volume considering time spent traveling Sat / Sun. While I missed my long runs, it's not a big deal since I can get some long runs in over in Iceland plus the race effort I put in on the bike was a good alternative. Overall happy with the training and I'm motivated to put in work the next few weeks.
